Tina and Shervin married in 2014 at a quiet ceremony with just close friends to witness. A year later they made up for it to the rest of their friends and family with a second ceremony and an evening of excellent food, music and dancing, this time in the Ballroom at Richmond Hill Hotel.

In keeping with Shervin’s heritage, the ceremony was a Persian Wedding Aghd in which the couple sit together on stools in front of a ceremonial mirror and candles, under a canopy held by women from the family while the officiant goes through the rites, and very beautiful to witness and photograph.

Here’s the story of their day, most of which were also in Tina and Shervin’s wedding album I made for them to keep their favourites all together – and because they’re local to me in SW London I even delivered it by hand!
